  All the staff are friendly.. they treat us very good... even the hotel is havent reach 5-star yet bit i can say that Mutiara Hotel is like 5-star.. - Location near Pasar Baru and Kartika Sari. I love shopping in this two places.

  The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm. The buffet breakfast is adequate. They do provide airport transfer to and from hotel for free. I will stay here again in the future.   i like the ambience. Spacious room and cozy bed. The choice of food for brekky are also plenty. Traffic flows quite well thus did not encounter bad congestion.
