  The staff were awesome. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Couldn't be better. The hotel building itself is lovely, right on the sea, Balinese style. Rooms could probably be updated but are very comfortable as is. The pool is brand new. Massage is excellent. Favourite memory: a drink in the open wal - The Swimming pool is awesome, large and clean. The staffs here are really friendly and always serve with a smile, which makes us feel more welcome during our stay in the hotel. Alongside hotel, there is a few lounge area and is really relaxing to grab a book and read it while listening to the quiet sea. You would rather spend a day or two just to relax and the lounge area, listening to the calm sea instead of venturing out for the city life there.

Rikki and her husband are wonderfull persons who are realising their dream in running a cozy high quality hotel at the beach front of Lovina.   A lot of people complain about the breakfast in the reviews. That is BS. At the breakfast you have a choice of 3 styles - continental, american or indonesian. We had the american for 4 days in a row. You get a choice of juice, 2 eggs cooked like you want them, 2 pieces of toast, jam, butter, tea or coffee and a plate of fruit. The staff was very friend - The hotel is located right on the sea side, and the horizon line pool takes advantage of the location by overlooking the sea. The restaurant served great food, and the staff were very friendly. The room was recently refurbished with modern fittings and very clean, bedding was very comfortable too.

  Very helpful and nice stuff! They always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible Lovely balcony and the pool is also great and absolutly clean Breakfast buffet has a lot of things you can choose from and lunch and dinner is also very good - I like the location, easy to rent a bike and see around Lovina.

Nice and helpful staff (although they are only there until 5pm, you can call them every time). Each room has a good equiped kitchen and a mobilphone which you can use for free to make local calls (e.g. restaurant reservations, tour booking,...). There's no restaurant in the hotel, but we highly recommend to go to the Warung Barclona (next street, 5 minutes walk). There we got the best and tastiest indonesian food during our 3 weeks in Bali, Gili and L

  Extremely friendly people. Very helpful, when we had a problem and needed to do a change in our booking. They also have great swimming pool and and sea-side view is awesome. - The bungalow is near the sea, this is excelent. Staff was always nice, food are good.
