  Absolutely wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. Very pretty place. Good food. Reliable internet. Though some reviews said the location was too far from the beach, I found it very nice.   This was definitely the most friendly, personal, relaxing and fun place we stayed at throughout our 9-months-trip. Putu and Nyoman are very helpful and do everything for their guests satisfaction. And Massage. - Rigils is really good value for money, rooms are beautiful, close to Mushroom bay and we would consider the fish for dinner a gourmet dish! This is a local family business (including the owner's 3 kids) with 4 bungalows at the moment and how tourism should be done...slowly growing with heart and soul. Wifi is getting set up now and to get around the island just rent a scooter from them for 80k IDR/day which already includes all fuel. We would definitely stay there again to see how it developed.

  As me and my friends would say, Lembongan is heaven, and we would definitely come back to Alum Nusa and recommend it to our friends! You can pay more for a 5 star hotel but it wouldn’t get better. Alam Nusa family/Staff treat you as part of their family and this made our experience a 10/10 because we have soo many fond memories to take away from our trip.
