The staff at the Casa Padma were absolutely fantastic, the location was perfect for us and the price was a lot cheaper than the hotel next door where we originally planned to stay and Casa was just as nice. We had the superior room which was very big and right by the pool on the ground floor. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for something priced mid-range, still close to everything but not in the heart of the madness in Kuta.
所有评语 » The location in Legian is great. It is about 500m from the beach (less than a 5 min walk) and on one of the main shopping and restaurant streets. We stayed in a superior suite and the room was very big and comfortable. It had air conditioning, which was a necessity in May, and a big comfy bed. The pool is nice, the breakfast was great and the staff are very friendly. We found the room was very clean. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, with clean towels and sheets everyday! There was free wifi in the restaurant, so we could check in with home every morning at breakfast. The food was good, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We liked the fact that it is a small hotel. We will definitely return. Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Had to check out at 1pm and flight didnt leave until 10 25pn staff opened up an empty room for me to refresh and have a shower, also they offer a free shuttle to abd from the airport.. The staff are beyond friendly. They are sooooo sweet and helpful and they remember faces and names! The pool is great too. It's never too crowded, which we loved. The hotel is a perfect size!. Good location close to everything great spa across the road bit noisey some nights close to beach great in house resteraunt. not much other than pool for kids. The superior rooms were large and very comfortable. Position of hotel is excellent for eating,shopping and the beach. Very helpful staff. Our stay was enjoyable. staff were very helpful and friendly.Rooms were cleaned everyday.close to beach,shopping restuarants and bars. Staff were lovely and very helpful, very central for shopping , beach and entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff : security to reception to housekeeping - all of them. Great staff, clean rooms, good location, excellent value meals. We preferred the ground floor units they were comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location. Great breakfast. Rooms were a great size. Convenient position. Regular staying there... Everything. Convenience of the location, airport pick up/drop off service, reception, housekeeping & restaurant staff, breakfast option. location. Checking out after one night and checking into the Lokha Legian next door. Good location. Service. Only thing I can think of is the shower head, and the water pressure in the shower. Only two negatives. 1. Our shower took over 10 mins to get warm. It didn't bother us too much as it was so hot anyway so a cold shower was refreshing. Plus my sister's room did not have this problem, so may have just been ours. 2. The areas around the pool where you can lay and actually sunbake are limited due to the design of the hotel and where the sun shines. Only downside to this place is the hotel across the road has karaoke until 12pm and can get a little noisy. If there was know one much around the pool.there was no poo lbar attendant.and they often dont have enough pool towels. not enough space or chairs around the pool.but this is being picky overall it was a nice hotel. Lack of seating around pool, due to limited space. Our friends thought the noise from the legion pub was loud and we didn't like the location of the split system airconditioners as at night they were to close to the bed. No Balcony Mouldy Shower Not many sun lounge Prefer more option at breakfast, (buffet style). Need renovation... I think better pool bar, would benefit hotel. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, bathroom was in need of maintenance and repairs. Small sofa was very uncomfortable. Bed linen was clean but looked discolored and unattractive. rooms tired.problem with drains in bathroom causing smell.not enough sun on pool .never swam once.went to beach instead. Dirty Room. Room Stunk. Bathroom and fittings Dirty and covered in Mold. No buffet Breakfast. Breakfast was small, cold and very VERY budget. It was noisey. Showing signs of aging and is a bit on the grubby side. Bedding stained. Breakfast wasn't very good. Poor WIFI reception. Everytime they cooked a pizza the whole outside area gets smoked out. Very old Noisy Bathroom needs upgrade- too small.
