  From the moment we felt warmly welcomed by the delightful man with one of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen! Staff at the desk were helpful, professional & welcoming as were the staff in the dining area with a welcoming drink.This was by the way absolutely delicious! The room was comfortable & had we not been at - fantastic location right on the main road of Sanur and central. Staff were friendly and accomodating. spacious, clean balinese style room. excellent pool and gardens. Large staff maintain this 15 yr old lady very well. oh and clean toilets and the cleanest kitchen in Sanur. Will return and recommend, best value for money that we have found so far in Sanur.
