  My husband and I were there for 11 days with my 2 daughters, their husbands and babies. I like that it is a small establishment with cottages and rooms. Rooms are spacious with a small fridge. The rooms are spacious and have a balinese-style patio. Bed has a useful mosquito net. It is not located on the main road of Sanur but it is a plus as the hotel is very quite in the evenings. Breakfast included with very good banana pancakes or eggs and juice/tea. Nice swimming pool but almost always in the shadow as there are many trees that cover the sun. Safe not in the room but in the lobby.

  我的房间很不错。能接收到WIFI。但朋友的房间木有信号。 - Our taxi didn't find the hotel right away, as it might be a "new" one. But in the end it was well situated, next to a main street, and to many shops and restaurants. The spacious rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful small pool in the garden area, surrounded by some of the rooms. Outdoor pool area was simply inviting with a lot of green around. Pool is not so big but relaxing there was excellent. Breakfast although not buffet (It depends on how many guests the hotel has) has good choice and portions are quite fair.

I have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels but I have never experienced better staff then the Zen Villas.They are never in the way and they are genuinly kind people.
