Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked a double deluxe room but was upgraded to Deluxe Suite upon check-in which was a pleasant surprise. Was traveling with a 14 months old infant so the extra space in the room helps alot! Superb location within minutes of Jl Riau FOs.

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm. The buffet breakfast is adequate. They do provide airport transfer to and from hotel for free. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you to Rita, Rio and others. -
