We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed the comfort of this modernized hotel . We were given a nicely decorated room facingbthe beach and a cake F.O.c .Staff were polite and helpfull.The beds were super comfortable. Located abt 50 meters away frm Hardrock Hotel, it's right opposite Kuta Beach and a Ten Minute Walk away to nearby food outlets , clubs and shops . Overall thumbs up. Absoulutely beautiful rooms, felt like I was on a luxury ship (that seemed to be the going theme of the entire resort) the buffet breakfast was amazing, home made pancakes, freshly blended juices etc. The pool was gorgeous, overlooking the sea. The hotel is in the heart of Kuta too. I would stay here again when travelling to Bali. Highly recommended!.
所有评语 » The place has great location right near to the Kuta center which is just 5 to 6 minutes walking distance. The rooms are great and clean. We used the spa facility at the hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff was really friendly. All in all had a great time. The king size bed is extremely comfortable, air con works well and it is adjustable. Renovation is quite new. Room service was decent. Kuta Beach is located just across the beach. There are many convenience stores, fast food and restaurant located near the hotel. The overall comfort is excellent, the bed and pillows are great. Nice bathtub and shower. It is well designed, and looks very good. The rooftop swimming pool is great. They have sofas all around for you to relax, and you can see the beach from up there. We loved the design of the room. The whole hotel is very clean and proper managed. The breakfast has plenty of choices. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was not crowded and very lovely. We liked everything they provided. The hotel was very well presented and had great facilities. The room was very modern and comfortable. The location was great right next to the beach and close to everything Kuta has to offer. + Top hotel directly at the great beach of Kuta + Interior design is really perfect + Free shower for last day in Bali in the evening though we did not hold the room until that time. room so comfy with each bed big enough for two. thou the bathroom door for me was rather inappropriate cos its facing the bed. the staffs are so professionals . the location is excellent in front of the beach and near the shopping centres the hotel is new and somethings has still to inproved room is big and very nice. This hotel is a standout in Bali I am a once a month traveler to Bali and in kuta think it is one of the best value for money 5 star hotels in area.. The location, the suite with big balcony we were upgraded to, the breakfast and the pool during the day and night time, the distance to the beach. Great hotel will definately be booking again. The lower budget rooms had views facing inside of the hotel. Nothing, everything was as described on the letsbookhotel.com website. Highly recommended. Pressure of rain shower is too low. The door doesn't lock properly and requires a harder pull from the outside to ensure that it is lock. Breakfast had a variety of choices but after I booked through bookings.com, I saw another deal without breakfast which was 30 sgd cheaper per night. So I would say that I was unlucky as the breakfast is definitely not worth 30 sgd per day. The breakfast is not worth the price you pay for it. It's OK, but not up to the hotel's standards. Do not expect anything to happen quickly when checking in or out. I've been there twice, and the fastest I've had was above ten minutes... Wifi was very weak in our room. That is the only thing we did not like. We didn't get our room cleaned and had to call the reception at 5pm to get it cleaned which was poor considering it is a 5 star hotel. The staff were very average and we didn't feel that welcomed by them. - Breakfast was not included in the room (buying it separately is very pricey). The check out lady so slooowww The hotel entrance suppose to have a welcoming guest environment. entrance/out in the night is complicated, need to take 2 times lift. Access to car park. The bathroom glass door has a big gap so people can see you taking shower. The bathroom floor is a bit run down, and not suitable for that gorgeous room. The balcony was not cleaned properly (dusty). No ramp for heavy luggage. Front desk needs way more staff.. completely overwhelmed. Check in queue was 40 minutes, and even to check out had to queue 25 minutes. A lot of people & traffic in the area. Very busy street. Outside of hotel and layout to get in is strange,. There is a slight smell from the shower drain. Would have been nice to have an outdoor shower next to the pool. The entrance of the hotel is a bit confusing. Traffic congestion. Wifi at lobby doesn't work.Traffic jam cause it's stay in the center and beach. Though staff was good but still little something was missing from their side... may b a personal touch. Hotel prices are high, the breakfast is not professional! And no airport transport shuttle!. the bathroom is has no privacy. The room service were cleaning the room every day, but they didn't clean carpet properly. Check out process very slow. After check out I had to go out on the street and find a taxi. No assistance given. The wi-fi in the room was poor, though at the public areas it was ok. I did'nt like that the toiletdoor was close to the bed, and not really soundproof at all. So if you are two and just a little bit shy about stuff like that its not that great. But besides that the room was exellent. The whole hotel is just a building and it's too small as a 5-star one. It's to cold in the lobby. Nothing. When it's durty, bad-mannered people and being stressed. GM should be enhance expande As it's only for 4 to 5 people and the room of GM is too small. View from window/ balcony overlooked an old roof. Reception located on 1st floor, a bit hard to find. Nothing. reception is "far" from the entrance. It has to go through a long corridor. the building looks ugly from the outside. Staff flexibility ( we got doublecharged and Then charged 15 dollars less than the original price. Upon checkout the hotel incisted that we had to pay.). Elevator need to refurnished. shower floor needs cleaning in corners. hot water.
