When I arrived at Suris, all that stands out to me and one of the best asset for a hotel, is the smiles and friendliness of the management and the staff , as a matter of fact from the office to the kitchen , bar to the reception and all other staff members everyone there is great. I got great advise all round for places to pass by and to stop at , The hotel is confortable the rooms are really nice and really clean with a good internet connection , the pool area is great , I was always afraid of.
所有评语 » - Convenient location close to all which Kuta has to offer (10-15 minutes to the beach) but at the same time far enough to enjoy a quiet stay - The staff, friendly and provided all the services we asked for - The breakfast, one of the best we had in Indonesia. Clean room, huge bed, great staff (nothing was too much), nice pool, good location (10 min walk from beach but away from all the hassle). We originally planned to stay for 2 weeks and move somewhere else. Hotel was so nice we ended up spending 4 weeks here. It was a comfortable stay at suris with friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. It was real value for money. The location of the hotel is well paced walkable from the market and the kuta beach. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Great location if you enjoy the (very) busy life of Kuta! Good value for money, rooms are simple but equipped with minibar and air-co, swimming pool is very pretty ;) a great choice if you're young and up for surfing and partying in Kuta :). Staff is amazing! They are really friendly and helpful and they know how to surprise their clients in a good way! :) Food is really good! Rooms are nice and clean!. The staff was very friendly. Food is good. 10-15 minutes walking from kuta beach and very near the airport. The bedroom was very nice, just like in the photos. Fantastic staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location - about 10 min walking from Kuta Beach and easily accessible to other areas by taxi. price,the staffs,the swimming pool, the service, the breakfast, everything mentioned is just so awesome. The hotel room was amazing , staff are very knowledgeable , make our vacation is the most memorable one . Very nice staff, rooms are great, breakfast is great. Everything was perfect! We will come back. I didn't like having to leave the hotel a part from that I honestly cant think of something or a moment where I didn't feel satisfied, thank you to everyone there. - The bathroom was small but had a shower and a bath. They are redundant so eliminating one would provide much more space. If your purpose is to rest and have some quiet time in Bali, this is not the hotel for you. Street is very busy, motos already making noise at 4am, rooms' walls are paper thin and the hotel is very small so there's no place else to go hiding for some peace and quiet! Breakfast could be improved and is served rather slow (not a buffet). Too noisy (the walls are not noise proof and you can here the neighbors and the noise in the swimming pool). the smells of the toilet (kloak), it stays there the whole of our stay, maybe something wrong with kloak system?. Althought it was clean, it should be cleaner,( the mirror for example was not clean). They told us that was difficult to call a taxi at 3.45 am to go to airport, and that better use his driver. We dont know if this is true or not. Breakfast was served rather slowly. Only one small cup of coffee which came different time than bread. The swimming pool is soaking your feet. Breakfast is cheap. 15min walk to beach. tempat parkir. the bed is too soft and it's not good for bones.
