All the staff are so friendly including the owner and manager who we even got to play pool with! Luxury rooms, many different swimming pools to choose from (one even has a pool bar!), two restaurants, a bar and a sports bar... plus so much more. Poppies 1 and 2 are both a few minute walk away which makes it a great location and within walking distance to most places in Kuta. I've stayed at many other hotels over Kuta and Kuta Town Houses is the one I'm happy to come back to. Stayed there severa.

If you were so inclined you wouldn't have to leave the immediate surrounds, everything is catered for within a short walk. The beer is icy cold and the Brazilian bbq serves up top quality cuts. Put two kilo on..):. Superb location on a quiet street right in the center close to the beach and the nightlife, I stayed in a studio it was very large and very well furnished, very classy. Breakfast was basic. Staff fulfilled all my requests and did that in style. Excellent value for money in my opinion. Location was perfect! Restaurants and shopping walking distance. Free shuttle transport was added bonus! Rooms clean and spacious! Two bed apartment had two bathrooms, two flat screens, two aircons with room for 6! Can't fault the hotel! Freddy on tourist desk was great!!. I had apartment. It was Comfort like at home. The room was large. Location is right in the centre. Close to the beach and mini market. So we could buy wanted food. Cheap dinner buffe. Free bus Suttle around Kuta. I would recomend this apartment to others. location good for shopping and food was good, staff were very friendly, clean and new room with good bunk bed for the children, kitchen well equipped with microwave / toaster / small cooker top plus sufficient utensils. Room was spacious and food was good. Fabulous place to stay, had a great time. Hotel and room first class, staff excellent. Great value for money stayed in 2 bed apartments which were huge. Both restaurants at the hotel have excellent food. Close to everything in Kuta. I loved the breakfast, the choice of all pools, it was central for shopping, and the free shuttle bus was fantastic! The staff were always friendly and helpful! The brazillian BBQ is great too! Everything was superb for our stay!. We got moved twice but the last room we had was nice and quiet. Great location but have to walk to main road for taxis. I would stay here again but request quiet room away from road. Rooms are great, spacious and clean. The staff on more than one occasion went so far out of their way for me, due to a situation I had, that was of my error. I could not thank them enough for their assistance. By the end of my stay, felt like a family. Simply love the location. Easy access to the clubs and shops. The staff were welcoming. The hotel were clean, comfortable. The free wi-fi which was available made us able to communicate with our family easier. it was central to everything. the staff especially on reception were A1. the food was very good both room service and restuarants and the Friday roast was superb. rooms were kept very clean by housekeeping. The hotel location was OK, still in the walking distance to Kuta beach and actually in the middle of jalan Kuta and jalan Legian...that's good. Facilities was ok. We like it. Hotel rooms are fantastic we stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom mini bar was great icy cold aircon great staff swimming pool was amazing location is close to markets and shops. We like the environment around kuta town house..we can walked around even middle of midnight...awesome days for me and my friends. .we will back soon in February. .muaah. 5 mins walking distance for shopping & Dining at Poppie lane and also to the beach which is about 10 to 15 mins. The water from the shower was smelly in the first 2-3 minutes, this is a problem of all central kuta hotels. Need copy of the map of Kuta at front desk. when on the balcony, very noisy from people using the pool below, sound amplified due to design of hotel. Major clients were Australians whom tended to sit by the pool all day until late at night drinking beer and progressively get louder, we did not use the pool as on many occasions beer drinkers did not get out of the pool all day - leave that to your imagination. My only minor point, was some of the room facilities (1 of the shower heads, and a couple toilet seats) were of need of repair. It did not majorly impact on me, I just used other facilities available. The alleys leading to the hotels were dark and seemed scary if we were to walk alone. lighting in bathroom and by the beds. Far too dim to either read or put on makeup. Breakfasts after 2 weeks were too much the same. would have liked a bit of variety on odd days. Very limited wifi could only connect some times and became quite frustrating breakfast was basic and the shuttle service they offer is not very regular proberly best to get a taxi but unfortanally because the hotel is situated at the top of poppies lane taxis don't really like driving up there so tend to drop you at the bottom and you have to walk the rest of the way. So far there not much only about breakfast other than that all awesome. Welcome drink was too artificial and strong. There was nothing to dislike. actually if want walk to kuta beach, it a little bit far from the apartment, but have the free shuttle, so not the big problem also. The only complaint was that the pool areas were very shaded and not enough sun lounges to laze by the pool. rooms need to be cleaned a little earlier. N/A. Not a big big issue but location is not always easy to access by taxi due to Poppies Lane being closed by security of other hotel, had to carry our luggage approximately 400m, this is not the resorts fault. Not a big big issue, just a comment. Make sure your luggage has wheels. my only complaint is the pillows are too big and hard , I will take my own next time. Taxi's don't like driving down Poppies I as the road is so narrow. Wifi was inconsistent. Breakfast. Nothing like that.. All I love there. Breakfast was very ordinary. Some taxis would not travel down Poppies I laneway to the hotel. Fridge full of drinks, chocolates, etc. No room for own purchases. The internet connection is very unstable in the room. Most of the time u will get disconnected after a few minutes and the internet is very slow. There was no hot shower in the morning but during night time its ok. Too touristic, very busy and noisy. My only disappointment we stayed in stage 3-4 I think there were no sunbeds for sunbathing and very little sun that side of the hotel. located not on the main road, so you gotta have too walk further if you want too go too legian or kuta. The breakfast was a bit of a let down!!. The only issue we had was that there were renovations on during our stay. But no one can help that so it's all good. Nothing to complaint just that to go to Kuta Townhouse. It is hard for you to drive there as the road is very very very narrow and small. But yeah, the only solution for this is for the government to break all the shop lot and improve the road. So, that will never happen! Anyhow, rent a bike should be good to go around and back. Hard to get taxis to drop off at KTH and need to walk to end of Poppies to catch a taxi. Double charges for some mini bar items. Transport upon departure ordered by KTH did not arrive. The road leading to the hotel is quite narrow so some taxi might refuse to go in. Water pressure and hotness of showers terrible. Smelt of sewarage when first turned the shower on. Taxi people hesitate to come bcoz of narrow road.breakfast menu was same on all the three days that we stayed and not so great.water from the shower was foul smelling and not having adequate flow. Breakfast could have been better. Tv reception not good. Complimentary water would have been nice aswell. There were major renovations being done. Workers were using power tools and hammers 24/7. Work was completed the day we checked out:((. Taxi's hesitant about going down lane to get there.
