I have stayed at this hotel on numberous occasions. I love the position of the hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. It was perfectly situated for walking everywhere. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Our room was about 6 steps from the pool bar. The staff were wonderful. The location was perfect for us. You got what you paid for.

The loaction was great and easy to get to the Main Street nearby. Breakfast, two areas: 1 for night party and other more quite. 24/7 bar was awesome Room was cold Friendly staff and guests. In the heart of everything you need, food, beach, shopping etc. The hotel est close to almost everything , room service is good, pool open 24h. middle of city with lot of small medium eateries and shops. The staff is so nice, they are friendly and accommodating even if we have too many complains and requests. Food from restaurant was good and location is great. Location in the heart of the Kuta nightlife. It was close to everything. Location. nothing. The room was small and very dated. The shower had good water pressure and the aircon worked. The sheets were well worn and grey but clean at least. I believe it is getting knocked down and rebuilt soon. I hope it doesn't loose its character too much. It would have been a lovely hotel in its day. The hotel was full of footy trip groups from OZ which the bulk of were totally disrespectful to the staff and other guests! Made you feel ashamed to be an Aussie. The hotel needs refurbishment. It was always a raffle as to whether there were enough pool towels or bath towels to go around. The breakfast is very basic but for he price you cant complain. Hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear. Not clean enought the garden (room ok). Pools were run down Room needs a face lift in the bathroom and the mini fridge. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. A bit outdated and a bit noisy at times but it was clean and comfortable.... No Soaps. Seldom any pool towels. Algae on rear pool tiles messy. Hard beds. No towels, nothing to put water in the fridge. Room wasn't made for the last 3 days. I didn't worry about it because it was the last 3 days. same boring breakfast. There are insects in the room. Nothing. Football teams. The rooms were a little old fashioned and the towels and linen weren't very clean. No water provided for brushing teeth or soap. We booked for Double bed but they gave us twin bed. Really disappointed. We booked since some months before and they didnt organize good about the whole stay.. And no confirmation about that thing too... Not a good start to trip when on the first day booked and arriving at 11.30pm that night and our room not ready!! room lighting is poor, rooms are getting very tired and old looking - bathrooms need a really good bleaching, rooms towels look and felt about 5 years old, on one daythere were no towels in our room - after requesting towels they still didn't come! leaking toilet. room not ready on arrival, they had until 11.30pm?? dark and dingy rooms, leaking toilet, old linen, ie towels and bed clothes, all looks very tired, the whole place needs a REVAMP, on saying this don't pay anymaore than $35 p/n -- happy holidays. No windows to open for airflow or flyscreens. Rip off Drivers/ scooter taxis leering at entrance. Quality lowered since a few months ago Bar staff is bad, or never present. No towels in the pool. rooms were supposed to be up graded but still the same from years ago . no mini bar and movie channel not on all the time . Hotel was being pulled down as we were staying there, made the place very dull and unattractive. The mattress isn't comfortable. no spring, and not flat enough. Had to ask for towels once thoughout our stay.There was mosquitos around the hotel and they were in the room. Breakfast is limited but for the price it is good . The staff are not helpful and make you feel you are begging for any service . English might be a challenge for them also.the room and bathroom look warn out and not very clean. too dark, poor lighting everywhere, room was dirty, dirty spotted old bed linen, lights do not work, too dark room, mosquitos, bathroom clogged, super simple breakfast, pool looks dirty, worn down feeling overall, tv is amll, no remote, 4 channels max. Lots of noise, parties and locals trying to sell you stuff. very noisy till at least 5am in the morning i actually booked out early to another hotel to get some sleep and Relax. Double room ended up as twin; wasn't what I'd booked and wasn't ready till 4pm. No tea and coffee facility as described. place was very run down pool towels ran out first day ran out of toilet paper apparently place is to be demolished hence running on A shoe string budget not the nice place it was in 2009. The room was filthy. Mould covered bathroom tiles and shower curtain. Sheets had 2 fresh blood spots, so clearly had just been remade from previous person. Aircon unit filters were thick with black dust and mould. I understand it was a budget hotel, however I would still expect cleanliness to a high standard. Noise, it was filthy and unmaintained!. Location for family not so good plus found better accom around same price in legian. Very dirty and photos are false advertising. Blood Stained curtain , smell of sewage in the toilet , one plug socket in room , whole complex in desperate need of repair. 1. The hotel is so old, you can see it in their room and the things inside it. 2. Their towels are white and though maybe even if they have washed it, there are some old stains in it. 3. Our bed on our first night has dusts/sands inside when we removed the comforter, we requested the next morning to change it. The place was closing in next couple of weeks for refurbishment but no one bothered to tell me. My first night I pulled the doona back and there was blood on the sheets. Rooms weren't cleaned unless asked, no pool towels. The price is too expensive compare to the facilities and the other hotel around the area. It was dirty, all the rooms smell bad, strains on the beds, rats walking by , broken glass in the pool ,really slack service, its was really cheap and would not recommend to anyone, spend a little extra and it will be worth it. Dirty poor room. Broken toilet, old fashioned shower. One room which felt like a prison. staff didn'T have rooms ready, no security, no safe in the room, it had been ripped out, the room was disgusting, I would never recommend to stay there.
