  Stayed at Club Room and had full access to ambassador lounge which provide us free snacks and juice, cocktail in the afternoon, and c/in & c/out efficiently, private dining&lounge. Room were spacious enough, tub&shower separately makes me enjoy my bathtime. I love staying in the highest floor-makes it quiet. I went there very casual shabby with worn out cardigans and flipflop sandals, and still the staffs gree - staff was extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs. breakfast was good and the server was very attentive to my husbands timing requirements. location is brilliant right in the middle of town. the rooms are very decent in size and tv channels kept away the boredom . the price was amazing for what we were given.

  The location is very convenient. It is nestled in the city with access to local markets, taxis and public transportation. The hotel decor is modern with subtle nods to Indonesian art- notice the woodwork and sculptures that decorate the common areas. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. The food is tasty but once I found the fried rice and - Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations.
