Waka Shorea is absolutely fantastic! For starters, the location is one
in a million, the only resort of any kind in the West Bali National
Park. There are wild deer that graze casually around the resort and
various other places of the park, as well as black monkeys. Also got to

For those who like nature, this is the best place in Bali to find it.
Immediately upon arrival by boat from Pemuteran we were surrounded by a
group of Black Monkeys who took over the trees around the hotel's
bungalows. It was a very welcoming view after the trip by boat which
took us through fields of floating debris around the shores of Bali. The
rooms are beautiful and clean, they could need a make over (especially
the bathrooms) but they give you a pleasant, welcoming vibe as you
