if you want to be treated like a king , thats the place to be starting from the super friendly Manager Aki and his team who were waiting for us with welcome drinks and a personalized written note on the table in the room to welcome us . Great location right by the best swimming and snorkeling area of this wonderful island as well as the perfect location to catch sunrise . the staff helped us with everything from sorting our flight tickets from Lombok to Jakarta to helping us with transport fro.
所有评语 » I was pretty careful when choosing our hotel for our vacation in Gili T. I have read many reviews and finally chose Samba Villa. First, because I was intrigued by the fact that it has fishes and sea turtle spot just in front of the hotel. Second, because the rate is competitive with other luxury villas I was interested in. Me and my husband were satisfied with our choice. It was a nice villa with nice beach. The staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. We went islands hopping for snorkel. Comfortable well appointed suite (we had suite 1) which was cleaned beautifully and close to the 'back' swimming pool, (adjacent property owned by same family I believe). Rooms all look onto garden rather than into other rooms. Great location, central, beautiful beachfront, restaurant/lounge on the beach. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, organising a birthday party (with rent-a-crowd party guests), for my little girl. Special nod to Rossi, the manager- pleasant, helpful, cheerful . From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond. The friendly service helped organise everything we would need, where to go and what was on that night. We were a large group of 10 and i could not recommend this hotel enough. Its clean, easy ride or 10 minute walk to ferry. Its in the quiet part of town. U can easy access the bars and restaurants and get to go home to a quiet bed. Thanks to the head bar boys, we loved your happiness, joy and encouragement.... Not that we needed it :). Location, right by a nice part of the beach with nice restaurants and convenience stores (which does laundry by kilo) very nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice Hotel pool, garden and front bar (not noisy) generous and delicious breakfast (included in our room rate). Other meals are tasty as well. Comfy chill out beach lounge chairs and huts for meals/drinks on the beach Comfy room, nice floral decorations on the bed. Very child friendly facility overall. We had all that we wanted here. The room was fully equipped. Hot water was a blessing. Breakfast was great & plentiful. Situated right by the beach and the snorkelling area. The gardens are really well kept. I've forgotten his name but the guy who organises the entertainment; snorkelling trips etc was very helpful and great sense of humour. Thank you to Sam for his hospitality. Me and my brother both absolutely loved our stay at the Samba Villas. The staff there were very accommodating, especially Harold and Andi. They are waiters in the resturant there and they made our stay on the island so much more enjoyable. Such a friendly island definately worth checking out for a few nights!. the most excellent from samba villa is Ank,he's the most friendly manajer hotel i have ever met. i have book 2 deluxe room, but because Ank know i'm traveling with my family so he give us 2 bedroom villa. Thank you Ank... If i go to Gili again, definitly i will come to samba again. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a hassle, always accommodating on requests. The staff made it very personable, remembering names, always friendly, but never did they over do it. They ensured the 6 of us that stayed there felt very relaxed. Staff were very friendly and took care of us during our stay.. Loved it :) The hotel is right on the beach front and they have just opened the restaurant on the beach which has a really nice atmosphere and the band was really good too :). We loved the location Very good with kids Friendy staff Great service Rooms completely cleaned daily!. The beach in the front of the hotel is beautiful. The staffs are wonderful. The location, facilities and staff were great. The beach, snorkeling, food, staff. Perfect quality/price. Everything perfect!. Room and location. Nice place. Beautiful tropical island with no motor traffic, snorkeling off the beach directly outside the hotel. The pricing for the room was reasonable. The electricity went on and off a couple of time during our stay. However it was common on the island. Not a major issue. The open air urinals really need to go. Nothing. Cant wait to go back soon x. Too much cleaning products and insecticide were used in the room. Had to ask them to only use water to clean the floor as the concentrated cleaning detergent and the humidity just made the floor sticky.. Frequent power cuts although most of them were instantly resumed and power cuts are possibly common on the island. There wasn't any pool-side space to relax & the pool-bar in the photo was closed. Unfortunately the spa wasn't finished yet. The other thing was I had to pay the deposit via international transfer as we can't use paypal here in NZ. It would be so much easier if bookings.com accepted the payment. The cat...but its not samba's fault. So many cat in the island. Could have advertised what they could help with (eg tours) better. I did not like the access to the swimming pool. although the price is ok, you could find other very similar options at lower cost. Nothing. Wifi not working. No spa as advertised. Pool look not good. Very busy part of the island, non stop music and pressure from vendors. Better places further north or on meno if you want peace. Raw sewerage coming out of the ground in front of our room, no fixed in house safe and rooms were very small. That I had booked for 4 nights but they had double booked and only stayed there for 2 nights and was moved on to another place down the road.
