the honeymoon surprise we got from Ryan & Teno housekeeping. the room and service was marvellous! the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We really loveeee our stay in Trans Luxury and it is really Highly Recommended!! We will definitely make a comeback and recommend to others! Well, we already DID! ;) All the best Trans Luxury!. Pleasant stay. Glad we made the right choice for our very first visit to bandung. Please continue to sustain such quality in ur staff and everything that the hotel has delivered to us. 所有评语 » Almost everything is perfect in Trans Luxury. The fragrance of the hotel is the most unforgettable experience. Awesome staff. I have highly recommend Trans Luxury hotel to my friends. Every thing in the hotel is excellent and over my expectation. The hotel is brand new, design and furniture gives the meaning of luxury. Staff are very profficonal. Food are very nice. The best hotel in Bandung. My two kids love it very much. Espespecialy close to shopping center and Trans Studio. Will come back again nextime. The staff were very helpful and friendly facilities were excellent Sited with a shopping complex and theme park. The Staff and Facilities in the area are great, we didn't have to go anywhere for all that we need. The one-year-new Trans Luxury Hotel in Bandung has set a new benchmark for hotels in Bandung. excellent rooms , decor and staff , luxury at every detail , completely wonderful. There is simply nothing for us to NOT like :D. Trans luxury hotel could consider having a free airport transfer. So far nothing. Nothing at all. Located away from tourist or key shopping areas of Bandung. We stay 2 night three days, but the amenities hotel during we stay only once we got it in the hotel . It's a pity we pay for an expensive hotel, but poor in the facilities in the room. none. nothing , one of the best hotels i have ever been to. A fair distance to FO and attractions. nothing. The closet was a little bit smelly. Tricky to find. Dining room. It was too crowded. Bathroom too small Bathroom door also not to comfortable walk out and in to alley, space too small. Very late in preparing the room (waiting 2 hours before can enter the room). Food is fair. Food aren't tasty enough for six star hotel. Too expensive. The breakfast need to improve. The room noise insulation didn't work well in our room, we could hear children from the next door crying at early morning. Gym Equipment very Min. breakfast not good. Staff, especially front office staff. They're not helped anything. No Late Check Out, Not smilling. Thanks to David, the one staff FO who help me finally.
