the hotel is cosy and clean, it is more like a business executive hotel than any others, the location is good, though distance away from the factory outlets the good side is no traffic jam or continous noisy like other shopping streets. The best about this hotel is the staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Very quick in helping the travelers as well. Good value for money and strategic location.

The hotel location in the city, very easy access to other parts of town which we did as we have rented a tour guide/driver to bring us all over the city for shopping and sightseeing. Good location for shopping especially for the famous Pasar Baru which is walking distance. Athough in a pretty run down area it is in the middle of Bandung night life. the location is very convenient to shops, dining and clubbing. location is in the heart of Bandung. Near to shopping area. the room doesnt come with windows which is not specified upon booking ....it is quite staffy after a while, we need to upgrade our rooms to the executive suites in order to have windows. Not Cheap on Weekend. the velcro on the comforter was a little disturbing. the renovation. Lobby is located far inside mall. Noisy in the hallway during the morning, bathroom did not smell very good but was clean. The room was to small. I cannot find as long as I left Fave braga. the food.. almost same everyday. noise. the room is less soundproof. i could hear somebodys talking / yelling in the next room. the breakfast not so good. no windows, noise from the other rooms can be heard. mall is under renovation.. The room does not have a electric kettle (for drinking hot water). A small water heating pot will do. Or, at least provide a thermo-flask so that tenants can get hot water from Lime Cafe. Smelly bathroom No window. On our last day, the parking dispute between and the parking attendant did put a dent to our high spirits. Bathroom is so smelly and I need to hold breathing to brush my teeth.. The room is not soundproof at all and you can't have sound sleep and you can even hear next door's occupant's snore, and you will never feel that you are alone... No hot water services, when I ask for water for my medicine, they asked if I have any tumbler or container... ohh. - Indifferent and rude staff (they look unhappy and resentful to guests) - Error keycard lock (this occurs when a keycard scans into a wrong door but when scanning to the right door, it won't work again). - The selection of breakfasts didn't match with the website guide. Poor ventilation and the bathroom is smelly. No lift. 1/2 hr wait for Foot reflexology turned out to be 1 hr. Too late and tired to wait. The bathroom smelled really bad. Apparently a problem wih the drain/waterlock. The bathroom does not have a hairdryer, but this can be offered at extra costs. Choice of breakfast is limited. It was a bit of a surprise to find that none of the rooms has a window looking outside. The window that is in your room looks (blinded if you want) on to a central corridor. Without a clock you have no idea of time. Transportation and Hotel Breakfast is very Poor. no elevator. Rooms without windows. Its not best for comportable place. No carpets which makes it very noisy. Breakfast is in a canteen facility which looks poor and is noisy as well. Some rooms don't have windows. Stuck up and unfriendly managers unlike staff who are so friendly. Clearly shows that they are not sincere in customer service. I am sure junior staff are taught to be friendly to customers but the managers are the opposite. Please remind them that customer service should be practise by all irrespective. We posted the "pls clean room" sign at the door when we got out for shopping at 9am, but when we came back at 4pm room was not clean. when confronted cleaner said he do it sequentially - that means the sign posted is meaningless. The price that I pay its not worth it at all...breakfast should improve a lot..even the coffee is not warm..room service very bad..shampoo body shower n conditioner are made 3 in 1.. no facility to make coffee or tea in the room. The hotel did not provide electric kettle for Standard room. No jug kettle. the bathrooms smells bad. i stayed in more than one room and they were both stinky. There was a major construction in the main entrance. Very dangerous. things may fall down and hit passenger's head.The bed was sooo small (for Single-bedded room). Toilet was leaking and floaded. It was slippery too, full with soap. almost fell down. the room was a bit humid & stinky..because there are no windows at all, the room not spacious, welcome drink only for 1 person, while i was stay with my husband., the mall (braga citiwalk) is under renovation while i was stayed there. Did not provide Jug Kettle for the guest to boil the hot water. Did not change the towel. i stayed 3 nites at the same room and yet my towel was not being changed. The breakfast is fair not really good. i stayed at deluxe room but the condition is not within my expectation the space is smaller compared to standard room, in fact my travel mate got a good spacious room by booking only a standard room. the room was small, parking also difficult because there are another hotel and flat on same location. Almost everything related to hotel. Renovation works being carried out. Lobby is difficult to find. Room is small and do not have open window. Breakfast tastes horrible. The bathroom in my room I stayed last weekend (I forget the number but it is on the corner near the emergency door) are full of water welling. There should be door in the bathroom so the water would not split out to the dry floor.
