When we were checking in the check in payment was to be paid but I only had $ AU cash at the time .. so they allowed me to pay later in the night after I had converted my cash to the local currency.   The location is fantastic with the beach at the back door and a treasure trobe of beautiful restaurants on the boardwalk beside the Jayakarte. Been to Bali 8 times and will definitely be coming back to the Jayakarte. They even upgraded us to a poolside room when we checked in.
