2. Staff with very good attitude, service was excellent. We have been upgraded from 1 room Villa to 3 rooms Villa.
3. Although the location is not very good, but the free shuttle bus is very useful. it is free of charge in Jimbaran area.

Highly recommanded Le Jardin Villa! I think I will go back there again. The service and facility are great. I spent a nice vacation there. Originally I was afraid of the mosquito problem, however, when I went there, I found it's just a OK problem and staff there did try their best to prepare all the mosquito repellants and checked 1-2 times a day.

We made use of the spa and massage facilities almost daily. Loved the size of the villa and the fact that the living area could be closed up and airconditioned or opened up with large sliding windows to the outside.
Complimentary afternoon tea was great.
Candlelit dinner by the pool was lovely -especially when you team it with free cocktail hour.
Gardens are lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
