  The Westin Mumbai is really excellent. Since the moment you arrive they have a smile and let you feel like in home. The room was excellent, very confortable, clean, huge, nice bathtube, high speed internet. The matress very confortable, very good pillows, ambient scent very fresh. For breakfast it is incredible. I used an apartment and I got impressed with the huge space, the quality finishing and especially the excellent service. There were all toiletries that you otherwise get from a higher star hotel. It is much much better than the adjacent International Chain Hotel that I always stayed in.   Two days stay was comfortable and suitable.It is close to airport. - Staff were very co-operative. Specially Sumit who went out the the way to help the us. Room service boys were not properly trained as when they knock the door they should wait until they get the answer the visitors to enter. They just enter . Very embarrassing.
