  It is an excellent hotel. It has a nice garden with waterfalls so you do not hear the noice of the city. That's been done very nicely. Rooms are nice, tv signal was a bit weak but most channels are fine. It's a business hotel. That means it's efficient and expensive. The food is great, the bar is great, the spa is very nice.   Quiet place in the midst of Pune Camp. Never heard any traffic, barking dogs--this is rare. Twenty five years old but well kept up. Pune is overbuilt in 3+ star hotels and prices online are great. For us location 1/2 block from Dorabji's and the Camp are ideal. - Very friendly staff. Good family atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.

I have seen some other hotels in Mumbai in this price range and sometimes they are shockingly bad, but hotel is value for your money.
