super decorative rooms, nice clean and tidy room and bathroom, the staff was very friendly & professional. Food was very nice and with a quick service. They offered me some indian sweet dishes complimentary which were awesome. Very close to the airport. I liked the staff and relaxing environment inside the hotel, delicious food at the restaurant of the hotel, the coffee and tea set was excellent, the shower that were installed attached with ceiling was really nice, etc.....
所有评语 » We arrived really early and there were two young men on reception. They were really lovely and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Location two miles from airport. From the airport there are only 10 minutes drive. With the prepaid taxi you have to pay Rp 400 . The room was just perfect for me : nice bed, very clean, hot water. passing through Delhi and for overnight stay we choose this hotel. Rooms are clean and well decorated. management upgraded our room without any extra charges. The hotel is a very convenient one since it takes just ten minutes to reach from the airport and there is no noise from the street in the room. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming even when I trudged in at midnight. It's literally ten minutes’ drive from the airport. It was close to my business point and airport, so was able to take small drive to reach their.The room was good enough for one night sleep. This place was recommended as a good airport hotel, and it was a great choice. We had offered good discount on our pick up and room tarrif. I was not told that u had to call the front desk for hot water. The younger guy at the front desk tried to charge me 900 rupees to the embassy when I only paid 300. I guess the rest was his commission. The lobby and hallways are a little outdated but the room is fine. People need to be more welcoming and informative. As newcomers, the staff inform us more about the facilities of the hotel. Our room was not readly with water and there was no Mini Refrigerator, whereas normally at this rate we get this facility though there was an empty space for this purpose. - Not really clean bedclothes - It was too cold in the room and the conditioner was not working. overpriced and limited menu. Restaurant toilets were disgusting. Part of the place seems to under renevation or unfinished renovation. Restaurant and breakfast extreamly basic. Price / Quality really poor. We paid 120€ for executive room and found the overall hotel not worth of that money. Airport drop off that we ordered in advance came 20 minutes late on departure day. No toilet amenities and water from tap was rusty. food is too expensive. bad hotel no hot water not very clean prices will over the top i will not stay ther agian. it is inconvient for commuting. only if you want to catch early morning international flight & if both way pickup & drop are complimentary then one can consider. food is too expensive & there is nothing around to have. there were kind of inspects in the bed which made us scratch because everywhere in our body we felt itchy. it was a nightmare lift stinking,no proper food no option as nothing near by,your site says it is 4 srsr but they say it is 2 star.I felt i was cheated.But i believe mistake happen but should not be repeated.So no option.I suggest you should not list such hotels in your site. There is no restaurant in the surroundings. Hot water does not come out. Staff didn't communicate with each other, hence comedic episodes regarding the bill and wake up calls. The staff were also quite rude and seemed to rotate between manning the restaurant and the reception desk. This hotel is located near the airport, some 10kms or so from the city centre. Bear in mind it takes over one hour to travel 10kms in Delhi at any time of the day. Awful food, not clean at all, not even 2 * standard. Location was really bad. Too much money compared to the standard. So many things. Infrastructure not as good as in the interenet, Heating not working and hot water at the mornings not available. It is not so close to airport. Nothing Grand in the hotel.
