Position and accesibilty to transport for city tours. The location is perfect. They respected my wish for a quiet room. Theydid change me to another room with better air con two days after Icomplained of the air con in my room being too noisy.location. Some rooms are dark and limited views. They should re-do their restaurant, which is quite ugly and unpleasant.Apply for an alcohol license so one can have a beer in the evening. Tellone of their staff that immediately demanding a tip just because you'vepushed once an elevator button is not to be done, unpleasant to theguest, and counter-efficient - but it was just one, the rest of thestaff was very polite, and did get a tip.
