Staff is very positive & helpful. Nothing it was a disaster to stay at that hotel. They do not hv their own catering all the food comes form outside and presentation is lousy. Not a good experience to stay. And of course not worth the money. cheap rate. Nothing. Staff response is very poor. They are not holding any intimation about our booking there. Attention to customers by the staff is very poor. It is difficult for senior citizens as there is no lift facility and the rooms are housed in first floor and above.
