In room safe, heater, ac and fan. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and a bath as well as shower. Good quality soap and shampoo. Being a bit out of town also meant rooms were quiet.   This hotel was of very good quality, highly attractive with its' haveli type appearance and architecture, in a reasonably quiet location of the city, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, with very high level of service, good food and a lovely roof top restaurant, and a dining/breakfast room on the same level. Hot water which seems to be problem with many hotels was not her - The Umaid Bhawan is a beautiful hotel with amazing decor and was a joy to stay at. the bedroom was gorgeously decorated and the staff were polite and efficient. The rooftop restauraunt provided lovely food in a relaxing surroundings and our stay was perfect in every way. We had a package which included a driver for the day and he was verey useful in describing the location and providing transport to some of the more remote sights. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur.

  It is a lovely looking old Hotel - Staff were very polite, respectful and accomodating. Food was excellent and the dining room was very nicely furnished. A variety of facilities were availible, and the general atmosphere of the place was warm and inviting. Overall, the hotel had a lot of charm to it, something we will not forget.
