The rooms look great, they have a small but nice bathroom. The common areas are the best part of the hotel, the view from those areas is extraordinary. The hotel is in a very central place, you can get a shared taxi to Siliguri right in front of the hotel. This was a very friendly hotel where it was possible to meet other travellers and there was an excellent vibe. The rooms are well equipped and there is a superb communal area. It is centrally located and handy for taxi jeeps and local restaurants.
所有评语 » Location central. Lots of hot water. Internet net good including computer for visitors use. Staff marvellous and will go out their way to help. Nice bedrooms, hot water bottle on cold nights, cosy lounges. The rooms are covered with wood, some of them have beautiful view of Darjeeling. There is a common room from where everyone can enjoy this view. After checking in we got a tea as welcome drink. The staff were fantastic , particularly the owners and the mountain views were great once the clouds had cleared. The hotel also has tonnes of character. The hot water bottles in the beds at night. The fantastic view of the snow capped Himalayas from our bed room window. The staff were always helpful. Perfect location in Darjeeling, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely hot water bottles at night! Clean and tidy private and public rooms. Very clean, great and cozy common area, wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable owners! Warm blankets awesome tea and just extremely pleasant stay!. Good location in Darjeeling, clean, friendly, family owned and operated, free internet in the common area, nice breakfast, mountain views. Excellent location and magnificent view of Kanchenjunga. Nice hotel interior and helpful staff. The library and that area was beautiful Stuffs are very fast. As a whole good hospitality. great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean & comfortable room. Location of the hotel is good. PC and heater are provided in common room. A great place to stay, very friendly owner and helpful staff. staff are friendly even manager also. Overall value and friendliness of staff. The bathrooms in some of the rooms don't have proper ventilation, and those rooms, can have air with less oxygen. Nothing. Lots of steps to get in the place. Dogs outside bark all night. Not the hotels fault but you need to know. Central location, but unfortunately it was very noisy and I was woken up at 4am every night by honking cabs. I couldn't get back to sleep as they were tarmacing the road from 7am until 7pm. The walls were thin and we were kept awake by the loud television next door. Nothing. Renting a heater is extra. But it is not necessary unless it is very very cold. Outside noise at night and early morning (traffic, barking dogs etc.). Small bath room and strange smell. Though The rooms we booked were luxary deluxe but both our rooms were in back side and no light can come from outside. The back side is so dirty that you can not remove the curtain. Wifi signal is really weak at room. You have to go the common room for better connection. The breakfast is awful. The staircase in hotel is very steep but it is a must to walk through it. Just one feedback to the owners,may be it was a one off but our request for an extra pillow got us an old stained one without a pillow case. Dinner and lunch facility are not available. Climbing up mamny many stairs to the lobby then to the room.
