  We stayed in one of the suite rooms which consisted of a nice room with ac, tv with loads of channels and an attached bathroom plus a lounge area kitchen and large terrace shared with one other suite room. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They booked us a great backwaters trip and our onward travel to Munnar hillstation - This is superior budget option with internet cafe, food cafe, tour advice, backwater boat tickets, and really smart and interesting staff who will do everything to make an excellent stay in Kochi. Also comfortable rooms with 24 hour hot water.
