  It is the team that really makes all the difference. Edouard, Prashand, Prasad, Cynthia, Judas, Mithoun (and the others who I couldn't get the names) are all very very welcoming and attentive. Made us feel at home, among family. We've stayed in the Crossandra Junior Suite which was very nice. We won't consider any other option if and when we return to Goa. - The staff were fantastic. This is a truly friendly place where the owner is on site all the time.
