  It is the team that really makes all the difference. Edouard, Prashand, Prasad, Cynthia, Judas, Mithoun (and the others who I couldn't get the names) are all very very welcoming and attentive. Made us feel at home, among family. We've stayed in the Crossandra Junior Suite which was very nice.
