  We had the most wonderful experience at the hotel. We arrived early one morning (8.30am) and were escorted to our room; asked for a late check out the next day and once again, they obliged. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was delicious; the waiters even had a laugh with us... 别人怎么说 » . We could not be more happy with The Gateway Hotel Fatehabad Agra and will sure to recommend it to others who wish to visit Agra. We loved the fact t - The hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were spacious and well equipped. We booked ourselves in for a massage which was very good although at £35 for an hour - quite expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful although probably a little too imposing. The pool looked lovely although it was too cold when we visited to actually swim in it. The room had a a view of the Taj Mahal.

  The hotel is amazing in every aspect!! Very beatiful, great atmosphere, the pool is always blue, great service at the pool. The staff is amazing and hepfull. The garden and the pool make it a perfect place also for families with children. The food is extremely good and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely the place to stay in Agra!

  Excellent hotel for the price. The location is awesome. You can buy the Tickets to the taj at the reception and they can arrange for the shuttle to stop at the hotel for going to the Taj Mahal. We had 3 rooms to us and as my mother was old, we had asked for a late checkout for one of the rooms and they politely accepted our reques - Reception was good. Mr. Anand was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect for visit to Taj Mahal. Food was good but could improve. The roof top was a nice place to hangout. The swimming pool looked very nice but I couldn't use it since water was too cold. Will definitely go back whenever possible. All in all was a good experience. I would recommend this hotel to all.

  You can walkey to Taj Mahal from the hotel. Agra fort is really close too (about 10 mins cab ride) the hotel had a cafe and restaurant which was the cleanest I've seen in The nearby areas. - I personally felt like it is located very near to taj and is more secured and the facilities available there are really good and maintained well. Keep it up

  This was the most luxurious place we stayed on our visit to India. Moses responded to my e-mails promptly and arranged pick-up from the train station and a car to take us to the Taj Mahal and on to Jaipur the next day; Rabi, our driver, was not only an excellent driver (very important on Indian roads filled with horse-drawn carts, water buffalo, ... 别人怎么说 » cars driving in the wrong direction etc.), but an enthusiatic guide. We were greeted on arrival at the hotel and had a wonderful restful evening after - Check in was smooth .Room size was big which makes us feel very comfortable as we have 2 young kids with us and and free space is sometimes not available in smaller rooms. All the basics facilities were very well taken care of and staff was supportive. My wife went for spa and kind of liked the experience..

  The staff were amazing, the hotel is new, clean and felt very luxurious, especially for the reasonable price paid! I doubt you will get better value for money elsewhere in Agra! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic too! - Well located ( 10 minutes walk to Taj Mahal ). Clean hotel, no insect in the room compare to many hotels. Good staff

  I was traveling with 7 other girls throughout India, and I have never felt so safe in a hotel anywhere in the world that I have stayed. The hotel was under construction and still looked amazing. I recommend th - A great hotel, situated right by the east gate of the Taj Mahal. The staff were friendly and accomodating (they didn't mind us checking in early, and looked after our luggage during the day after we had checked out), and the views of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop terrace were excellent. Really good value for money,and in a safe, pleasant neighbourhood.
