Missed our first night as unable to access property. (had to sleep in car) No offer to waive night missed
Very unsympathetic and matter-of-fact.
Had to request towels as non in the accommodation.
Manager very poor English language made problems worse. Contact (24hr)But appeared to be based in the USA and unable to help effectively.
