- Staff was really nice. I booked a double room, but I got a twin room. They said, they are sold out, but to handle the situation they gave us bigger room (for 3) without any surcharge
- Absolutely in the city center. You step out from the hotel, and you are in the party center of Siofok.
- Free parking at the hotel, while in Siofok you have to pay even at midnight.
- Really-really good design of the rooms, and they are brand new.
- We had a terrace.

The hotel is located very close to Balaton. We were offered a
discount at a very nice restaurant nearby by the hotel. The room was
clean, the beds were comfortable, the terrace was really nice and the
staff was helpful.

Location is in the middle of the center of the summer action in Siófok.
Rooms are very new, my friend said he had the feeling we were the first guests ever in the room.
Well equipped, clean, well furnished, friendly stuff. We had a room with private entrance and small terrace. Perfect location. Parking privately behind the house and 5m from our room entrance.

New, nice, clean, kind staff, good location, parking in the hotel area.
- It is not something I didn't like, simply just an advice: breakfast is optional, and it is in another hotel (20 meters, so not too far). Usual buffet breakfast, good price, good value. However, you are in the city center, you have plenty of other options, even closer to the hotel, so consider not to order breakfast - simply, because you might want to have something different. You would get it for the same price. It's your choice.
The hotel is located on the busiest street of Siofok, this comes with
the disadvantage of very loud music at night from the discos nearby. The
wi-fi didn't really work in the room, only near the door there was
poor signal.
The tiny part I could propose to improve would be the shampoo and soap for the shower. There is soap for washing hands only.

Not related to the hotel, but something to be considered: Balaton is a sweet water lake, therefore mosquito are a pest in the evenings.
The bathroom a bit small.
The linens were clean, but kinda nasty. The wifi only worked in the stairway, not in the rooms.
Room for two persons was very small, hairdryer was available on the reception, missing bathroom amenities (shampoo, body cream, etc.) - it's normal to have it in 4 star hotel, missing room cleaning and any room service, breakfast is in another hotel. Hotel is new, nice, but I really don't understand who decided that this hotel has 4 stars.
