The owner came by the same evening trying to resolve our issue, as it was Sunday evening with a blizzard outside her IT technician was unable to fix the issue until the next day. She let us do laundry, gave us apples from the tree and cinnamon and sugar to cook them with, and let us use another apartment's fridge as when we visited it was 43 degrees and the fridge's motor would have made the room even hotter. Bella Villa is a lovely place to stay. Someone picked us up from the airport and took us straight there, was no hassle at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful and told us where to go and what to avoid. The location is great, minutes from the lake and all the bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. -
