  The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was of the highest standard and the large balcony with a lake view was a big bonus!   Fantastic location only 1 min walk to lake front. Apartment beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped. Csaba picked us up and run us back to the train station at no cost. He was on hand if we had any problems (which we didn't) and could not have been more helpful.
