  The quality of the flat absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were in Budapest on 4-day-trip with 2 small children to visit the top of the city. Firstly I asked to check in very early (at 8 am). They were ready at that time. Secondly I just asked for a opener, in one hour Martha brought a wine opener for us. The room was a bit small but really comfortable and clean. You can ask everything them for helping you. They are great.

  We stayed here for 3 nights recently with our 10 month old daughter. Anita handled our booking and was amazing. She kept in contact with us via email prior to the booking and then via mobile phone to make sure we were able to find the apartment. She also organised airport transfers for us. A small kitchen that serves all the purposes it needs to and a small bathroom. Anita, the host, contacted us a couple of times to sort out the arrival time, which made us feel at home even before we arrived. the location is good if you prefer the quieter part of B, but want to get elsewhere quickly as Batthyany ter is just round the corner.   It was my first trip alone and my first also to Hungary, and the staff made me feel immediately welcome. The rooms are definitely worth the price with large windows and comfortable beds. Not to mention that most all of the city is walkable right from the hostel.
