The kindness of personnel. Although we arrived later than the closing ours of the spa, they provided full access to the spa without any additional charges. - The price was excellent, and it included breakfast. The coffee was very good and the fresh croissants.

We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

Dave and Daniel were great! THey were very friendly and helpful getting us settled in. THe apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. he amenities (bar, spa) were also nice features. The location seems a bit seedy but that is only outward appearance. It is a great central location with a lot to see and do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay in Budapest - the hotel was absolutely great (from
the large rooms to the spa) and I've found the staff very helpful
(unlike a few other reviews I've read). The apartments are very well
equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest
there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro
station is a few hundred meters away.
