  We were greeted on arrival, given an induction and left to it. If we needed any help we were provided with telephone numbers if we needed to contact anyone. Plus the cleaning lady lives next door so if we needed any clean towels she was there.The room we had, Raphaello, was a very big room and it was lovely with big high ceilings and big windows. ... 别人怎么说 » It was constantly warm which was perfect for the cold temperatures we had outside. The bed was comfortable and it was helpful having a kitchen area wi - The apartment is spacious with high celling which makes the apartment cooler. The windows are double glazed and block the traffic noise completely. It is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great. It is just some second walk from the Chain Bridge and the Castel's funicular. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment but if one likes to use public transport, then the bus stop is just round the corner! Kate, the girl who welcomed us, is a very nice and helpful girl.
