  Not in downtown, but in few minutes by car. Rooms big, nice and clean, Very good breakfast for long walk through superb Budapest. Excelent Price / performance. Recommend from hart. - It is close to the city but in the same time it is not in the city as such so you will not stuck in traffic jam. Very good if it is one-day stop.

The apartment looks very good, have everithing you might need, and is very cool inside, which was perfect since outside were over 20 degree. Armin was also very nice and helpfull!

  Very central location, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which definitely isn't a given in Hungary! I had booked the apartment instead of a normal room (by accident, purely) and the huge condo for €29/night was excellent value for money! Lots and lots of room, high ceilings and quiet neighbours. Would definitely recommend this apartment ro - Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. I would say it's good val

  The travel cot supplied for our 17 month old was great and really comfy for him, the staff were really helpful when we were there but also leading up to our trip with help organising our airport shuttle and other taxis we needed. the apartments were excellent and very clean and tidy. The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise.

  Very friendly staff. Cheap, small and cosy hotel; quite close to the centre of Budapest (1.5-2km) and the river. Close to tram and bus lines as well. Very good breakfast in the mornings - plenty of food to choose from. Thanks. Peter - the staff were always helpful and friendly

  Great apartments, for a short or long stay in Budapest! Just off the beaten path, so quiet and peaceful, however very close to the Chain Bridge, City Center and all the great locations in Budapest! We could walk everywhere from the Hotel! The staff is excellent and look very professional with uniform creating an awesome first impression and they can speak excellent English. Staff is very helpful in guiding one to the city and providing good tips. Everyone has a great cheerful attitude. 3. The security guards are although from another company but they always greet the guests with smile and saying Hello. 4. The location is very nice, right in the middle of all happenings
