Very clean and comfortable guest house, I has never used such terms to
describe the hotel, but there really felt at home. Everything you need

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

Perfect location, close to all important spots but on a small street that is not noissy. Across the apartment is a beautiful sugar shop with perfect cackes, you have restaurants, supermarkets and even a market hall in walking distance.
The apartment looks very good, have everithing you might need, and is very cool inside, which was perfect since outside were over 20 degree.

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. The staff at k9 were very friendly and helpful. The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise.
