The hotel was in a very good location for traveling to the exhibition centre: just 10 minutes walk. The rooms were cleaned every day, with clean sheets and towels. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Convenient location with convenient stores, supermarket, laundry and restaurants right at doorstep. Trade center was near. So was tram and subway. Room was functional not luxurious.
所有评语 » The room was very comfortable, nice view of Victoria Harbour, very clean and safe. Staff were nice and friendly. They helped us to get a taxi when was very early in the morning. They upgraded my double room to a deluxe one for unknown reasons so thats a plus ... other than that the hotel is clean, staff were friendly ... all in all I have no complaints. The location and the room overall was fine. I guess the price was good for Hong Kong Island, but still expensive by the standards of other places. The situation near the exhibition convention center, the view on the harbor, the nice hotel staff, the laundry opposite the street. the staff is very courteous, the location is very good, the rooms are clean. Closeness to rail, ferries and shopping - also to the harbour for walks. The location was excellent and the staff were very accommodating!. Good location, clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The space is OK for family room. There are restaurants, bars, convenient stores nearby. *the location is good for people who are first timers in Hongkong. * the room is clean and the Filipina in charge of the room did a good job. Good location, easy access to Causeway and Central. We walked to the Wanchai ferry for Tsimshatsui. Lots of good restaurant and pubs. Location is amazing, just close to MTR WAN CHAI only 10 minutes by foot. Airport bus stop also close, just 5 minutes by foot. Convenient, affordable for hong kong's standards, spacious room (upgraded to family suite). Budget friendly walking distance from Wan Chai Exhibition Centre and near the. The air condition in the room was good and the checkout was very fast. Located in Causeway Bay and many hawkers nearby. Got a free upgrade to a family size room Wii Fii. Staffs is helpful. Nothing to like. Reception left a note asking me to phone them back the soonest. Returned their ca to be told that their cleaning lady accidentally dropped my dad's perfume and broke the cover. No major harm done but kudos because of honesty. Location was fairly good as it is between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay MTR. Both MTR are 10-15mins walking distance. To some people it may not be as convenient. free wifi. The twin room was a decent size. There was only one key for a twin room. The staff were helpful but not friendly. Can't open window for ventilation. The only problem is the location. Actually you can find restaurants, 7eleven, etc near by the hotel but you need to walk to get to the subway. Around 15/20 minutes. Matresses were extremely hard - almost like sleeping on the floor. This is not completely unusual for matresses in Asia. However, not really acceptable for a hotel of this type. Bad smell in the bathroom, bed-lamp broken and not repaired, impossible to open the window to get some fresh air from outside sometimes, while shutting the conditioned air off. the bathroom doors are not proper. it would be good to have wooden doors that close full. Room was a tad small but livable for all our requirements. The room was small but acceptable by Hong Kong standards?. 500 HKD for deposit?! very thin wall between the rooms, interesting bathroom door. bed too soft. Busy lift Nothing breakfast. spend a little time to find hotel. No gym, door staff only catered to mofos in luxury sports cars. One key per twin room. Unnecessary to change toothbrush everyday. Not same as advertised in picture. small and noisy room. (My boos stayed on reception floor ). 1. There was no water jet hose for the sitting toilet basin. 2. There are no smoking rooms, no smoking area in the entire hotel. One has to go outside the hotel for a smoke. Please provide smoking rooms. lift. The elevator is slow, not convenient only 2 out of 3 are functioning. The hotel is not as brand new as shown in the website photos. No mirror in the room except in the washroom. Not really close to Causeway Bay or Wan Chai MTR station. * staff in the front desk are not prepared to guide the guests of important places to go like tourists spots, business establishments,and most important is to guide how to go places by means of transportation available. information given is limited. * way to elevator is dark. elevator scarry and sometimes would not open to the right floor. Rooms are so small, especially the bathroom. The toilet smell. The bed really hard. It is not comfort to sleep on that kind of hard bed. Old and not not well maintained furnishings (chipped table tops, cabinets etc), kitchen light wasn't working, air conditioned was kept off during housekeeping and made the room really stuffy, super hard beds, odd rope hanging outside our bed, dirty floors in the bathroom. The internet was free but slow. The bed sheet was dirty, I got my legs and my sisters being biten by something and itchy. The housekeeper didn't refill the body wash. A smelly toilet despite flushing more than needed A hard mattress. The shower room is too small, and the water boiler is dirty. Busy elevators. poor signing of where the reception was at. Bathroom door and the air cond not working. People smoke almost everywhere in the hotel. Noise from the floor. It was cheaper compare to other Internet booking company, until I realize that there are 10% tax charges when I reach the hotel. The off-gases from the old bathroom plumbing created an almost unbearable stench in the room, and the elevators did not function properly. Poor hygien We spend approximatively more than 5 minutes to take the lift for room No breakfest service No fonctional wifi in the room. Air con kept breaking WiFi didn't work very well The lifts kept breaking meaning you had to wait 15 mins to get up Decor was a bit shabby. Hard bed, elevators didn'work, bad illumination in bedroom, not enough space to seat on the toilet, they wanted to give me cheaper room without the view im the beginning. Very hard bed, too little space for suitcases for two, no chair, no cups to go with electric jug, no complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, only 2 jasmine tea bags, toilet seat broken, no plates or cutlery, not very clean under basin, generally very tired looking. The cost of a very small room...thought it was way overpriced....lack of breakfast. Facility is very bad such lift had been breakdown more than 3 days then started to repair however after 5 night leaving the hotel still have not finished the lift it is very inconvenience and took about 4~5 min to wait for the lift. Room was dull, unclean, hairs all over the floor. Staff were at best co-operative and at worst..sullen and incompetent. Very slow lift, roof terrace not open, harbour view is almost not existent dropping in my room. The reversal of my deposit will take 10-14 days unlike in other hotels wherein before you leave the hotel after checking out your reversal in your credit card is done. The picture of the hotel is totally different from the actual settings, this is an old hotel, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The television set was outdated and not working. I will never set foot again in this hotel. Bed mattress is very, very hard to sleep in. It's just like. Sleeping on the floor. Room feels dirty, especially he bathroom. When we arrived, the bathroom floor is wet. I had to turn the side table around. The slits had molds! I'm afraid my kids will stick their little fingers in them! I sprayed the room with cologne to somehow make it smell and feel fresh. I will never stay in this hotel again. The Bed is really hard, comparable to the floor. The bathroom is already small yet not well equip (Example, There is not rack or shelves to put my bottles of shampoo, body foam, etc) As their Service staffs are all senior staffs therefore there attitude and passion is bad! Will not go back again!. hard to find the location. The Hotel was in bad repair and dirty. The lifts didn't work properly. My colleague and I checked out after only one night.of 3 night booking We did not get a refund for the 2 nights remaining.
