  The hotel was a little walk to the town centre which may not be to everyone's liking, however, we found it fine. Staff were very nice and there was a wedding in progress when we were there. There was an outside swimming pool which was none to clean but then again we were there out of season and many places were closing down. The pool is great for kids (and adults) but has no really shallow section for toddlers. Breakfast was ok. Rooms (we stayed in quadruple and triples) are big and airy and easily accomodate extra beds.

  The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful, and the restaraunts were very good.   The Olympion Asty was a fantastic experience! The rooms were sparkling clean every day, the pool was perfect, we were in it all day long every day. And the food! It was excellent, as was the delicious breakfast. The location is beautiful, there is such a great view of Olympia and the parts of the coast. If you happen to drive there from Athens ... 别人怎么说 » (or near there) the mountainous route is very scenic and not too bad to drive. Definitely talk to the hotel if you want an easier route, we did so on - The hotel has a pretty setting, on top of a hill above Old Olympia. The large swimming pool has great views (but not over Olympia btw) and is a marvellous place to wind down after some serious archaeology. The personnel is very friendly and speaks good English. The rooms are in separate buildings, a bit like a typical US motel, with only ground floor rooms. They are quiet, large and clean.
