The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful, and the restaraunts were very good. The hotel has a pretty setting, on top of a hill above Old Olympia. The large swimming pool has great views (but not over Olympia btw) and is a marvellous place to wind down after some serious archaeology.

The rooms are in separate buildings, a bit like a typical US motel, with only ground floor rooms. They are quiet, large and clean.

I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters.
