  Every thing. The staff is extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, built like a greek village with roses climbing on the bungalows. There was an improvement of the service since 2011. we have received a free upgrade from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite. The fresh orange juice which we get at the reception at arrival was a nice surprise.

  It happened to us for the first time that the reality was better than pictures. I can strongly recommend the hotel to anyone. We were there with a big family. The staff was extremly nice and supportive to all our wishes and needs. The place was tidy, cosy and stylish. Breakfast was rich and served in a very nice way. Perfect location for everything you want to do. 1 block away from Aristotelous Square, Lefko Pirgo (white tower), Ladadika (Restaurants). 2 blocks away from shopping (Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc.). The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your room. I never waste my time giving reviews but this place deserves it.
