  The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

  Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy. I would definitely return - The Hotel is perfect! The staff the same. The romanian Girl(I think Her Name is Cristina) and boy(that is taking you to the room) areThe best!! The food is very good.   Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Fantastic island to explore using car, bike or boat....a must! So many good views, good tavernas, shops and lovely people. Very handy to have regular hotel minibus trips down to port. Attended a family wedding and couldn't imagine a better place.
