  The staff was exceptional, anything we needed, including difficult transportation situations, they handled with ease. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.   The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.   Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.   The stuff was always friendly and ready to help you at all times. The food presented was of good quality and tasty. Despite the location both beaches were relaxing and romantic. One of the good things (for me personaly) was the total absence of any mosquitos.

  The hotel was in an excellent location, close to Corfu Town. Being so close to the airport was not really a problem except for Friday night and early Saturday morning. The salt water pool was wonderful. - very good service provided by staff
