  From the moment I arrived all staff were so nice and friendly. The apt was spotless and cleaned everyday. Apt kitchen had everything one would need. Accommodation is very close to supermarkets and bike rental is across the road. Great cycling paths either direction from apt block.   I stayed in Alia during my visit in Rhodes this october, the room i had was spacious on the second floor soundproof with a sattelite tv. The a la carte brekfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared for me. All the areas were spotless and the bar staff was so friendly. Thank you Alia - Peaceful and relaxing place, 2 min. walk from the beach. Away from the crowded resorts, but within easy driving distance to anywhere on the Island. The poolside bar and restaurant was very good, including Saturday night live music show and "eat as you can" BBQ on Sunday night for EUR7.50!

  For the money this hotel is brilliant. The owner seems a great guy and the staff are all to happy to help you wether it's to borrow a beach towel or a plug adaptor. The hotel has moved away from 18-30's type of Groups and with it there's a nice mix and a nice atmosphere at the resort. With the money I paid, the value is unbelievable. The food I ate during the day was freshly made and again tastes - We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really friendly, the rooms wonderful and clean and the swimming pool with views of the mountain was pure luxury. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Greece.

  We spent two full weeks in this hotel. After many years of experience with Greek tourism (and all its drawbacks) I must say that hospitality and efficiency of Philoxenia’s staff is amazing. The wrap-around balconies are nice, even though the facing street can be rather loud with traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful regarding directions and how to get to sites and beaches on other parts of the island. A very close grocery store made it be easy to use the kitchenette extensively throughout my stay.
