  This hotel have a good service quality. The cleanness of the rooms are at the standart levels. By the way, the breakfast is superb and it has a varried assortment.   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. The Avli Restaurant is lovely if you are looking for a good meal in lovely surroundings. It has a very greek fee

  Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived till end of our stay. The hotel personnel is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are to very high standards. Everything is brain new, made with good taste and of good quality. Restaurant is of high level. Food was great as well as choice of wines. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar offers food and drinks of excellent quality (not really expencive). We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Very nice place to stay in Karpathos island. Walking distance to city center, excellent accomondation (room facilities, pool, bar, etc). Very good breakfasy buffet. - Rania was such a helpful hotel receptionist. As I was seven months pregnant during our stay, she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
