  The staff were great and friendly and the bar man is a great character who doubles as taxi driver/waiter. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect.   The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none.   Everything. I had booked into Regina Mare, however it was winding up for end of season so they put me in Avaton Resort, their sister hotel in Imerovigli. The staff were the loveliest people you will encounter in a hotel anywhere! And I've stayed in a lot of hotels. They were helpful, informative, friendly and always made me feel like they had time... 别人怎么说 » for me and were never pushy. Breakfast was excellent - the best I've had anywhere (and the juice is real). The spa is of a very high standard and the - The view was spectacular and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this to couples who want a beautiful place to get away.
