  First of all the location is perfect. Santorini is a paradise place of the planet. The Kamari beach is very nice and I can say, that if You go to Santorini - You'd better stay in beach area of the island and take tours to the architectural part of the island. The tours to Oia, volcano, Thirassia are very popular,renting cars is extremely popular, the island is small, so no blockers for living - Location is the best, looking over to promenade and beach. Bus station is very close. Internet is working very good, air condition also very good. A lot of life all over the day/night (restaurants, shops). Very nice owner and staff, especially Emmanuella!!

  Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

  The family were kind, welcoming and generous offering us watermelon on arrival and various home grown product during stay.   This is the first time I am writing a review but Nikos and Vagelitsa were so welcoming and accommodating that I felt a need to share my wonderful experience. Excellent homely food, peace and tranquility, picturesque location were factors that made this trip memorable. I will be soon returning to Scala!

  George and his staff is the best example for how all the boutique hotels should greet, host, entertain, and inform its guests.
