  Helpful, friendly staff and the pick up service from the ferry really helped. The staff gave good recommendations on places to visit, helped with car rental, drinking water, and walking to town. Altogether a good place to stay.

  The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. - Very kind staff.   Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony. The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. Meals were delicious and as far as we were concerned the best deal in town, quality and price wise.

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
