I've been to Lesvos many times but this time I had a great experience with this exceptional hotel. From the moment I arrived I felt like a friend. The staff was trying their best in order to make my stay an unforgettable trip! The hotel was really clean and they would always ask you if you needed something more in your room. The breakfast was served at the beautiful terrace and there was everything you could desire from fresh orange juice to yummy omelets. The location of the hotel couldn't be .
所有评语 » We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Theofilos. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were refurbished with Wi Fi , TV and refrigerators. The beach is about 10 min from the hotel but we stayed at the swimming pools all day. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Theofilos. All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and full of light- but also equipped with heavy curtains to keep it out in the morning. Fresh , fluffy towels are brought to the room every day ( my review is about Theofilos Superior). The best hotel in Petra. We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Theofilos. It is a new hotel with modern rooms, beautiful pool, kids play ground, gym and sauna (Turkish baths). The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Will be going again.Excellent hotel. We spent two weeks in September and we really enjoyed it. The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean with beautiful pool views and the food was very good. We can't wait to visit Petra and Hotel Theofilos next year. Theofilos hotel is by far the best hotel on the island of Lesbos. The rooms are of high standard, the facilities and the service are exceptional. Next time we will invite our friends to join us. location of the hotel nice pool quiet place large and comfortable rooms(Theofilos superior, not the classic). I suggest everybody to stay at the pensions near seaside if the swimming Pool option is not very important. breakfast is good. the rooms are really big. very nice pool, frindly stuff. I like the location of the hotel.Petra is one of the best place to stay in Lesvos, very close to Molyvos which is a great place too.The staff tries their best, the lady serves the breakfast worked very hard and tried to supply us what we want. There are some plumbing issues - ie, water leaking for the jacuzzi bath, no cold water-( the management knows it and say they are planning to fix them) . The breakfast is poor quality, especially the coffee, but since there is a fridge in every room -and many also have a coffee maker- you can buy your own stuff and enjoy breakfast the way you like it. ( and to be honest they don't really charge you much for it). Transport was an issue. there was a bus timetable but it didn't resemble reality. We had to order a taxi back to the ferryboat which was rather expensive. It is a wonderful hotel but there it has to be maintained accordingly. There is space for much improvement. A/c was extra charge, far from Ag. Nikolaos, need car. Room service did not exist. Pool Bar not well organized. Plumbing devices was not in a good shape. Breakfast could be richer. The breakfast was no 4 star. cheap materials inside rooms terrible bathroom plumbers(broken toilet flush) underutilized or not used at all facilities(couldn't find coffee after 7 pm, pool bar always closed). There were No shampoo in the bathroom. There are 2 seperate hotel under this name, one is 4 star, one is 3 star but it is not mentioned implicitly when making reservation. there is no net on the windows (even if in the toilet window) and on the balcony door. poor breakfast. breakfast. The hotel shows pictures from their superior site not from standart room site.We thought only the rooms have differencies but the hotel buildings are compeletely sperate there is anoher house between them, the breakfast is served seperately too.I also did not like the shower tab its so small and curtain sticks on to your body(imagine how small).
